All the problem above, it does not a matter today, because you can create your own template or theme for your blog or website without a skill in HTML, CSS and PHP. 

Ok, to cretae your own template from the scratch, you need a tools to make it happen. it is :

2. Notepad ++ you can download here

3. Firebug Lite add-ons

4. Artisteer 3 that you can download here

5. Microsoft Word 2007

6. Microsoft Powerpoint 2007

7. microsoft Paint
